Waaree subsidiary wins 452 MW solar module order in US

Waaree Solar Americas wins 452 MW solar module order in US, to be supplied over FY26–27 to a leading utility-scale developer

New Delhi: Waaree Energies Ltd said on Tuesday its wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has secured an order to supply 452 MW of solar modules to a leading developer and owner-operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in the United States.

"This is to inform you that Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received an order on August 26, 2025 for supply of 452MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States," said the regulatory filing.

Order details

According to the company’s stock exchange filing, the order was received on Tuesday, and will be executed over FY26 and FY27. The contract is for a one-time supply of solar modules and falls under international business. The customer’s name was not disclosed by Waaree.
