Adani arm commissions 57.2 MW wind power component of its hybrid project in Khavda

Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Ltd has successfully commissioned a 57.2 MW wind power component of its wind-solar hybrid project in Khavda, Gujarat

New Delhi: Adani Green Energy announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Ltd, has successfully commissioned a 57.2 MW wind power component of its wind-solar hybrid project in Khavda, Gujarat. This addition brings AGEL's total operational renewable energy capacity to 11,666.1 MW, according to a regulatory filing.

The filing further noted that Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Ltd, a step-down arm of Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL), is responsible for the commissioning of the 57.2 MW wind power segment at the Khavda site.

Based on the relevant clearances, it was decided to operationalise the plant and commence power generation on January 15, 2025.
