All supplies will be delivered during FY 2025–26, and the orders have come from repeat clients, signalling continued confidence in the company’s products and reliability, said the company.
“These wins are a strong vote of confidence in Indian manufacturing,” said Prashant Mathur, CEO of Saatvik Green Energy Limited. “At Saatvik, we want to help India have a clean energy future by providing reliable, high-quality solar solutions. These orders strengthen our partnerships with premier EPCs and IPPs who believe in our technology, scale, and dependability,” he added.
The company said the new contracts align with the government’s Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat programmes and come amid India’s rapid expansion of renewable energy capacity under the National Solar Mission. Saatvik noted that strong local manufacturing capacity will be essential to achieving the country’s energy transition and energy independence goals.
Saatvik Green Energy currently operates a 3.8 GW solar module manufacturing capacity, with an additional 1 GW line under implementation in Ambala, Haryana. The company is also developing a greenfield facility in Odisha with plans for 4 GW of module and 4.8 GW of solar cell capacity, positioning itself among India’s larger integrated solar manufacturers.
Industry analysts view the latest round of supply contracts as reflective of a robust domestic pipeline and growing trust in Indian module suppliers as the market shifts toward local sourcing under government incentives. The orders also underline the growing demand for high-efficiency modules from utility-scale and industrial solar projects.
