New Delhi: ACME Solar Holdings Ltd said on Monday that its 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan continues to be fully supported by dedicated transmission capacity and is not facing any power evacuation constraints, even as some projects in the state operate under temporary arrangements.

The company said certain solar projects in Rajasthan are currently supplying power under the temporary general network access (T-GNA) framework, as their associated transmission systems are yet to be commissioned. However, it clarified that these constraints do not apply to ACME’s project.
ACME Solar Holdings Ltd said the 300 MW solar project, developed by its subsidiary ACME Sikar Solar Pvt Ltd and connected to the Bikaner-II substation, has received General Network Access effectiveness approval for long-term access and is currently evacuating its full capacity.
“As the project holds confirmed and effective GNA status (long term GNA) now, it now continues to be fully supported by dedicated transmission capacity and is not subject to the evacuation constraints,” the company said in a statement.
ACME Solar also pointed to broader improvements in Rajasthan’s transmission network, saying that following the commissioning of the Narela–Khetri transmission line, long-term GNA has become effective for around 4,300 MW of solar projects across multiple developers in the state.
According to the company, this development has significantly eased transmission constraints for solar projects in Rajasthan.
