ACME Solar fully commissions 49.5 MW wind project in Gujarat's Shapar

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced the full commissioning of its 49.5 MW wind power project at Shapar in Gujarat

Gurugram: ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced the full commissioning of its 49.5 MW wind power project at Shapar in Gujarat. The project, developed through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Pokhran Solar Private Limited, has reached completion following the commissioning of the final 3.3 MW, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The project had earlier been commissioned in phases, with 26.4 MW operationalised in May 2025 and a further 19.8 MW added earlier this month. The completion of the remaining capacity brings the total installed wind generation at the site to 49.5 MW.

ACME Solar's RE portfolio crosses 2.8 GW

With this commissioning, ACME Solar’s total operational renewable energy capacity has increased to 2,829.5 MW, marking continued expansion of its portfolio across wind and solar projects.
