Waaree Energies receives order to supply 140 MW solar modules to an RE developer in FY26

Waaree Energies has received an order to supply 140 MW of solar modules in FY26 from a domestic renewable power developer

New Delhi: Waaree Energies Limited said on Friday it has secured an order to supply 140 MW of solar modules from a domestic customer engaged in the renewable power sector. “This is to inform you that the Company (‘Waaree Energies Limited’), on November 28, 2025 has received an order for supply of 140 MW solar modules from renowned customer engaged in the business of owning, developing and operating renewable power projects in India,” the company told the stock exchanges in a regulatory filing.

Waaree said that the order has been awarded by a “domestic entity” and is a “one-time” supply contract. The scope of work involves the “supply of Solar Modules,” with deliveries scheduled in the “Financial Year 2025-26.”
