Inox Green inks comprehensive O&M deal for 182 MW of wind projects

Inox Green signs deal with a top conglomerate for comprehensive O&M of 182 MW wind projects in Western India, covering their full life

Noida: Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., India’s leading renewable operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider, has signed an agreement with one of the country’s largest and most diversified conglomerates for the comprehensive O&M of 182 MW of operational wind projects, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

Conversion and renewal of projects

The agreement covers the conversion of limited-scope O&M to comprehensive O&M for 82 MW of wind projects and the early renewal of comprehensive O&M for another 100 MW, well ahead of its scheduled renewal. The projects, located across multiple sites in Western India, are connected to common infrastructure owned by Inox Green. The contract will run for the entire balance life of the wind projects.

CEO calls it a milestone

“We are excited to announce the signing of the comprehensive O&M agreements for 182 MW with the renewable arm of one of the largest conglomerates in India,” said SK Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green. “This is a milestone occasion for us as with the signing of the agreement, our entire fleet with this marquee customer is now back in our fold. This showcases the changing dynamics in the wind O&M industry and the reaffirmation of the trust which our customers are showing on our renewed capabilities.”
