New Delhi: Inox Wind Ltd (IWL) said on Wednesday it had secured a repeat 200 MW turnkey order from NLC India Ltd, with an approximate contract value of Rs 1,600 crore. "We are delighted to have secured this repeat order of 200 MW turnkey order from NLC India Limited," CEO Sanjeev Agarwal said, describing it as "a strong validation of our integrated turnkey capabilities, execution expertise and technologically advanced product portfolio."

He said the company's "strong and diversified order pipeline" gave it "significant growth visibility."

Turnkey scope

Under the contract, Inox Wind will execute the project end-to-end — supplying wind turbine generators, carrying out engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and providing post-commissioning operations and maintenance. The project is to be commissioned within 24 months of the Letter of Award (LoA), the company said.

Order book at 4.7 GW

The order takes Inox Wind's order book to 4.7 GW, which the company said spans commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs) and independent power producers (IPPs).

Agarwal said that as India accelerates its renewable energy transition, customers were "increasingly partnering with experienced and reliable wind OEMs capable of delivering projects seamlessly from concept to commissioning."
